The dashboard ("Dutch road, traffic and transport data"), in the form of an interactive pdf, is primarily intended to supply an overview to 5GAA partners, including manufacturers and service providers. It only contains data that – subject to conditions – is available for use.
The aim of the dashboard is to provide all interested companies and public authorities with a clear overview of available data, including a reference to the location where data is actually available. The dashboard does not contain a complete overview of all data that is available from Dutch public authorities; it contains data that is available nationwide and with the involvement of the Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management.
Visually attractive
An interactive pdf has been chosen because it is more visually attractive and provides more options than, for example, an Excel file. The choice of data items shown is based on a business perspective and their potential impact. Furthermore, the dashboard has several references to all data sources and the information is brief, concise and general.
